目的探讨高尿酸血症与心血管疾病的关系。方法以1996～2006年英文杂志上发表的有关高尿酸血症与心血管疾病关系的前瞻性研究为基础文献，应用Meta分析随机效应模型进行定量综合分析。结果共收集到符合要求的文献10篇，累计样本35930人，其中患者3345人。随机效应模型RRDL=1．43，95％CI（1．23，1．66）。对RRDL进行假设检验，证明高尿酸血症与心血管疾病之间有相关关系，高尿酸血症患者患心血管疾病的风险比尿酸水平正常组高（P〈0．01）。结论高尿酸血症是心血管疾病的独立危险因素。

Objective To explore the relationship between hyperuricemia and cardiovascular diseases （CVD）. Methods Papers of prospective studies concerning the relationship between hyperuricemia and CVD published in English from 1996 to 2006 were collected by computer searching in Medline and Highwire Press data base.
