Study of the Influence on the Institutional Paradigm of Urban Migrant Workers' Treatment which is Imposed by the Early Industrial Pattern ——the case of Ningbo city

本文以宁波为例,试图从早期工业化模式的特征及其变迁中来寻找长江三角洲地区形成相对较好的外来农民工待遇制度范式的深层历史原因。本文认为,在早期工业化模式下"本地企业、本地农民工、地方政府"治理结构的独特属性,为建构积极型的本地农民工待遇制度范式提供了条件。同时,由于这种制度变迁过程中的路径依赖机制,外来资本、外来农民工大规模进入之后,原有治理结构下针对本地农民工的待遇制度范式在很大程度上得以延续。在此意义上,早期工业化模式对长三角地区外来农民工待遇制度范式的建构产生了重要影响。

This study intend to explore the deep-seated historical causes to answer why it can form a better institutional paradigm on the treatment of urban migrant workers in Changjiang River Delta region(which is compared with the ones in Zhujiang River Delta region) from the industrial pattern of early reforming time.In this paper,we chose Ningbo city as the case.This study found that the special attributes of the early governing structure of 'native workers,native capitals and native local government' when it was on the start of the industrialization of Ningbo has provided exact conditions on constr...
