在中国共产党领导下，经过百年的艰辛探索，中国最终开创了有别于其他文明的人类文明新形态，开辟了人类文明发展的新前景，并由此引发社会各界的广泛关注。学术界对此也展开了多视角的研究，并在人类文明新形态现实性的出场逻辑、本质依据和价值旨归等方面取得了一些成果。为推进人类文明新形态的研究，全面、科学和深入地洞察人类文明新形态的内涵和意义，学术界还必须在对中外三重思想资源的全面发掘、人类文明新形态所蕴涵世界意义的不懈探求和作为新世纪战略转型方向的生态文明的深入洞察等方面进一步着力。
