目的了解男性戒毒所内新型毒品使用者的抑郁症情况及相关因素。方法于2017年3月在长沙市某男性强制戒毒所内,选取单纯吸食新型毒品者或同时使用传统毒品者进行横断面调查,共250名。采用自制调查问卷收集一般情况和毒品使用情况等,采用自填式《病人健康问卷抑郁量表》(PHQ-9)评价调查对象抑郁症情况,采用《匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表》(PISQ)评价睡眠情况。采用多因素logistic回归模型分析新型毒品使用者患抑郁症的相关因素。结果调查对象年龄的P_(50)(P_(25),P_(75))为30(26,35)岁,抑郁症患病率为32.8%(82例)。与进入戒毒所前每天毒品量≤0.4 g相比,每天毒品量>0.4 g者患抑郁症的OR(95%C/)值为3.18...

Objective: To understand the depressive disorders prevalence and related risk factors among new drug users in a male drug rehabilitation center. Methods: The cross-sectional study was used.
