Correlation between birth weight and blood pressure of child and adolescent： A Meta-analysis

目的系统评价出生体重与儿童青少年期血压之间的关联，为儿童青少年高血压病因研究及防治策略制定提供理论依据。 方法计算机系统检索知网、万方、维普、PubMed和Web of Science数据库，收集国内外关于出生体重与儿童青少年期血压之间关联的相关一次研究，利用SPSS 13.0进行数据转化，STATA 12.0进行Meta分析。 结果最终共纳入34个研究。Meta分析结果显示，与出生体重〉2 500 g的儿童青少年相比，低出生体重儿患高血压的风险较高，差异有统计学意义（OR＝1.20；95% CI：1.09～1.33；P〈0.01），收缩压与舒张压均偏高；与出生体重〈4 000 g的儿童青少年相比，高出生体重儿患高血压的风险差异无统...

ObjectiveTo systematically review the correlation between birth weight and blood pressure of child and adolescent, and provide a theoretical basis for the etiologic research and the prevention for hypertension of child and adolescent.
