Analysis of stress related growth status and influencing factors in caregivers of children with congenital tibial pseudarthrosis

目的:探讨先天性胫骨假关节(congenital pseudarthrosis of the tibia，CPT)患儿照顾者应激相关性成长现状及其可能的影响因素。方法:本研究为回顾性研究，选取2023年1～3月湖南省儿童医院收治的CPT患儿照顾者为研究对象，采用简易应对行为问卷、社会支持评定量表、简体中文版创伤后成长评定量表及一般资料调查表对其进行调查。通过多重线性回归分析、 Pearson相关分析探讨CPT患儿照顾者应激相关性成长的主要影响因素。 结果:本次调查共发放问卷161份，有效问卷155份，回收有效率为96.27%。155例CPT患儿照顾者的应激相关性成长总分为(60.86±16.13)分； Pearson相关性分析结果显示，患儿照顾...
