高校家庭经济困难学生是特殊群体，传统的资助方式解决不了该群体的心理动态、生活、学习需要所呈现出来的普遍性、差异性和矛盾性。该文以南华大学机械工程学院为例，展开高校资助育人工作新理念、新方法的思考与探索，推进资助育人工作新思路。解决困难学生所呈现出来的普遍性，有针对性地缓解出现的差异性和矛盾性，提升资助育人工作的成效。
