医学创新人才培养是医学教育的核心内容。通过对医学创新人才内涵的阐述,分析创新人才培养的现状和基本问题;以整合医学理念为向导,探索医学创新人才培养的有效途径,即树立创新型教学理念、应用整合型创新教学模式、优化创新人才综合考核制度。
