In this study, we come up with the senior executives performance assessment method based on fuzzy decision, which combines the concept of fuzzy decision and the analysis in the defect of the traditional assessment methods. Performance assessment is the basic and key process of human resource management and senior executives are the core of the organization. Therefore, it is of great significance of evaluating the performance of them effectively.
