Anti-granulocyte autoantibody (AGAB) IgG was repeatedly assayed by chemoluminescent immunoassay and immuno-fluorescence test in 24 patients of kidney transplantation. In 2 of the patients,blood AGAB IgG was positive before operation but turned negative 2 weeks after transplantation.
