目的:分析睡眠干预措施在预防成人危重患者谵妄中的作用。方法:检索the Cochrane Library、 PubMed、Embase、Web of Science、维普数据库、中国期刊全文数据库以及万方数据库,收集关于睡眠干预与谵妄发生关系的随机对照研究,检索时限为建库至2018年12月31日。同时检索原始文献和综述文献中的参考文献。 2名研究者独立筛选文献、提取数据和评价纳入研究的方法学质量,采用RevMan5.3软件进行Meta分析和敏感性分析。结果:共纳入14项随机对照研究,2 548例患者。睡眠干预措施有右美托咪定、雷美替胺、光照疗法、耳塞、模拟人体生物钟镇静和非药物集束化干预策略。Meta分析结果显示,右美托咪定可降低危...
