恶性肿瘤伤口的评估及管理对患者的生活质量有着重要的意义。本文从恶性肿瘤伤口评估及管理两个方面进行综述:评估内容包括患者及照顾者评估、局部伤口评估;评估工具包括多伦多伤口症状评估系统、伤口症状自评问卷、TELER系统和恶性肿瘤伤口评估工具;伤口管理主要包括恶臭、皮肤瘙痒、渗液、出血及疼痛管理。本综述旨在为伤口专科护理人员提供参考依据,促进伤口专科护理的发展。 The assessment and management of Malignant Fungating Wounds (MFW) in cancer patients are critical to improve their quality of life.
