Reliability and validity of the Chinese version of the Emotional and Social Dysfunction Questionnaire in stroke patients

目的:对情绪和社会功能障碍量表(Emotional and Social Dysfunction Questionnaire, ESDQ)进行汉化,并对其中文版进行信度、效度检验。方法:采用方便抽样法选取369名衡阳市脑卒中患者进行调查,对原量表进行修订并形成最终量表。结果:中文版ESDQ Cronbach' s α系数为0.934,重测信度为0.916,分半信度为0.817,内容效度指数为0.930;探索性因子分析显示,提取的6个公因子累积方差贡献率为80.190%;验证性因子分析结果表明数据拟合良好。结论:中文版ESDQ具有较好的信度、效度,适宜作为中国背景下脑卒中患者情绪和社会功能障碍的评估工具。

Objective： To translate the English version of the Emotional and Social Dysfunction Questionnaire （ESDQ） into Chinese, and to test the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of ESDQ. Methods： A convenient sample of 369 stroke patients in Hengyang was investigated by the Chinese version of ESDQ. The original scale was revised and then the final scale was formed.
