Objective：To explore the effect of microteaching on improving nursing teachers＆#39; teaching ability in Medical and Nursing English. Methods：We used Microteaching method in Medical and Nursing English for the foreign-related nursing students of Grade 2011 and evaluated the teaching effect by questionnaire investigation and in-depth interviews.
