目的:调查护理本科生主观职业障碍与专业自我概念的现状,并分析两者的关系,为护理教育者进行就业指导提供参考依据。方法:采用大学生主观职业障碍问卷、护理专业自我概念量表对378名护理本科生进行调查。结果:护理本科生的主观职业障碍总均分为（2.23±0.26）分,专业自我概念总均分为（2.90±0.32）分,专业自我概念各维度得分与主观职业障碍得分均呈负相关（P
