Cigarette smoke condensates(CSC)induced DNA damage in BEAS-2B cells and protective effect of tea polyphenols DMSO mixture were studied with an objective to offer theoretical and experimental basis for protection against CSC-induced damage. BEAS-2B cells were divided into 5 groups, i.e. control, CSC, tea polyphenol protection, DMSO protection and TPs DMSO mixture protection.
