目的 构建《医务人员HIV职业暴露预防性用药的服药依从性问卷》，为下一步进行医务人员HIV职业暴露后预防提供参考依据。方法 通过查阅文献、小组讨论初步拟定问卷条目池，于2020年8—10月实施2轮专家函询进行问卷条目的筛选与修改。结果 2轮专家函询的问卷有效回收率均为100%，专家权威系数分别为0.860和0.820，专家协调程度肯德尔系数分别为0.257和0.387。最终形成《医务人员HIV职业暴露后预防性服药依从性问卷》，包括暴露者一般信息、暴露后预防用药、用药依从性影响因素3部分，共50个条目。结论 《医务人员HIV职业暴露后预防性服药依从性问卷》条目设置合理，易于理解，可作为评价我国HIV职...
