Results of occupational health examination among workers in a beryllium-metallurgic plant in Hunan Province from 2016-2017

目的 了解湖南省某铍冶炼厂工人健康状况,为该厂工人职业病的防治提供依据.方法 依据GBZ 188-2014《职业健康监护技术规范》,对2016-2017年湖南省某铍冶炼厂工人进行职业健康检查并对结果进行分析.结果 2016-2017年该厂共计110人参加职业健康监测(两年的受检者不同),检查结果异常率为71.8％,其中2人疑似慢性职业性铍病;肝功能、心电图、血常规、胸片和血压的异常率居前5,分别为41.8％、25.5％、20.9％、11.8％和10.0％.在异常结果分布方面,男性肝功能异常率高于女性(P＜0.05),而心电图和血常规异常率低于女性(P＜0.05);40～44岁工人血常规异常率最高(P＜0.05);50岁以上工人血压异常率最高(P＜0....
