The model of dual-directional extrusion and spiral compound deformation was proposed,and numerical simulation calculation of process parameters was carried out on the AZ31 magnesium alloy. The effect of process conditions on the equivalent strain and extrusion load during the formation of AZ31 Mg alloys was analyzed.
