层粘连蛋白是基底膜的重要成分之一,广泛存在于多种动物及人类细胞基底膜基质中。层粘连蛋白参与多种疾病的过程,如细胞的分化、黏附、迁移以及各种纤维化的发生等。对层粘连蛋白的分子结构、在肺组织中的分布及其在肺纤维化发生、发展过程中的作用和其在诊断、治疗中的意义进行综述。
