A Ni-Al powder mixed was sprayed on the surface of steel (Q235), and heated up to 993 K, with H2as protection atmosphere, and cooled in the stove. It is shown that HV on the interface is obviously higher than that of the substrate and the coating by 32HV. Bonding strength of the interface increases by 2-3 times than before. The results of SEM and EDX show that there is Ni-Fe spreading area about 10μm depth on the interface.
