The author treated a patient whose channels showed pathosis. Two cord like things were seen under the skin of the right side of the thorax and belly. The examination found that the location of the cord like things didn't tally with the regular place of the subcustaneous blood vessel, nerve, lymphatic vessel in that area, but tallied with the course of the spleen channel. Needing the cord like thing generated the sensations of sorenens numbness, distension and pain, which radiated along the spleen channel.
