Relationship between human papilloma virus and lung cancer： a meta-analysis

目的 系统评估和定量分析人类乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染与肺癌的潜在关系.方法 相关文献源于中国知网、PubMed等数据库1979年1月至2015年4月的文献,提取文献中与HPV有关的数据,使用调整的OR值及采用固定或随机效应模型进行分析.结果 按照纳入、排除标准,选出有效研究22篇,合计病例1 645例,对照733例.合并结果显示HPV与肺癌有关(OR =5.53,95％ CI:4.22～7.23,P＜0.001);鳞癌、腺癌与之相似(鳞癌:OR =8.29,95％ CI:5.23～13.15,P＜0.001;腺癌:OR =4.70,95％ CI:2.73～8.09,P＜0.001).此外,HPV16和18型亦分别与肺癌相关(HPV16:OR =5.63,95％CI:3.37～9.38,P＜0.001;HPV18:OR =4.05,95％CI:2.40～6.83,P＜...

Objective To evaluate systematically and analyse quantificationally the potential relationship between human papilloma virus （HPV） and lung cancer.
