In recent years, frequency-modulated continuous-wave (FMCW) radars have been widely used in the automotive field to measure the relative distance and speed of external targets. To address the problems of poor sensitivity, narrow measurement range, and poor stability of current FMCW radar systems, a high-order all-digital phase-locked loop (ADPLL) based on a fast-integration structure was designed for the FMCW radar.
