Objective To study the microsatellite markers of early warning on the response of genotoxicity of phenol in red crucian carp C1HD. Method The red crucian carp C1HD were divided into 4 exposure groups and 1 control group and choose 5 microsatellite markers to study the effect of phenol on the microsatellite polymorphism after exposed to different concentration phenol for 8 d. Result The indexes were increased by the enrichment of phenol in red crucian carp C1HD, such as the gene heterozygosity (H), gene polymorphism content (PIC), and so on....
