激光熔凝对1Cr18Ni9Ti焊接接头组织和性能的影响

摘要:
对1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢焊接接头进行激光熔凝试验并优化工艺参数.利用扫描电镜、能谱仪、金相显微镜对熔凝层进行检测和对试样进行抗腐蚀性试验.结果表明:激光熔凝层比不锈钢基体具有更强的耐蚀性,特别是焊接接头的薄弱环节-近焊缝区,经激光熔凝后,应力腐蚀倾向减小,抗晶间腐蚀能力有所提高,这对改善焊接接头的抗腐蚀均匀性有利.

Welding joint of 1Cr18Ni9Ti steel was treated by laser melting and then microstructure and property of the welding joint were examined by means of OM, SEM, corrosion test and tensile test. The results show that the laser melting layer exhibits better corrosion resistance than stainless steel substrate. Especially, corrosion resistance of the region closing to the welding seam is improved.
