Plasma Lipids of Type Ⅱ Diabetics Before and After Zincic-tonic Treatment and Its Clinical Significance

本文对44例II型糖尿病虱及30例正常人的血脂进行对比分析，并将糖尿病患者分为两个治疗组，甲组（n=25)用D860加葡萄糖酸锌，乙组（n=19)单纯用D860，疗程均为一个月；分别测其治疗前后血脂水平，结果表明：（1）糖尿病患者甘油三酯及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇显著高于对照组，而高密度脂蛋白胆固醇低于对照组；（2）治疗后，甲组高密度脂蛋白胆固醇明显升高，甘油三酯和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇明显下降，而乙组高密度脂蛋白胆固醇无显著变化，提示，在糖尿病患者用降糖药治疗的同时，添加锌剂治疗，有提高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇的作用。

The plasma lipids of 44 type Ⅱ diabetics and 30 healthy persons were compared and analysed, the diabetics were divided into two groups. Group A(n=225) treated with D860 and glucozinc, while Group B only with D860, the course of treatment of both group was one month.The plasma lipids of the diabetics in both group and the healthy persons were measured before and after the treatment respectively.
