随着信息社会科技的快速发展,电子证据大量涌现,这导致刑事电子证据保管链日渐具备实际价值。设置刑事电子证据保管链的必要性在于信息社会电子证据运用范围越发广泛,构建系统的刑事电子证据保管链能有效保证信息社会刑事诉讼公正。对刑事电子证据保管链的具体建构设计,可以由明确电子证据保管链长度、明确电子证据保管链的证明要求、明确鉴定人范围与判断结论采纳标准三环节展开。

With the rapid development of the technology in information society, the electronic evidences emerge become more and more common. It brings the electronic evidence chain of custody in criminal procedure have more and more applying significance.
