Objective: To explore the acute toxic mechanism of methyl tertiary butyl ether (MTBE) by detecting the changes of Fos protein, neurotransmitter 7-amino-butyric acid (GABA) and the activity of Na^+ , K^+ -ATPase, Ca^2+ -ATPase in the cerebellar cortex.
