The efficient extraction of uranium from acid mining wastewater remains a significant challenge. In this study, a novel phospho-enriched polyamidoxime/alginate (PA/PAO/SA) gel beads was fabricated through a one-pot self-assembly method with calcium ions for crosslinking and used for efficient extraction of U(VI).
