目的 调查湖南省儿科专科护士的工作开展及其阻碍因素.方法 采用自行设计的问卷对接受过湖南省儿科专科护士培训的182名护士进行问卷调查.结果 儿科专科护士培训后参与护理教学、护理查房、护理会诊的人数与培训前比均有增加,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);儿科专科护士对医院待遇和使用的期待排名前两位的是"有明确的岗位职责(78.02％)"和"具有岗位津贴(75.82％)";儿科专科护士工作阻碍因素评分的前三位分别是"没有相应的薪酬待遇(4.24±0.38)"、"临床工作过于繁忙(4.18±0.93)"、"未设置专科护士岗位(4.01±0.49)".结论 儿科专科护士在培训后实践情况较好,医院决策层应加深对专科护士的认识并重视...
