Two-dimensional MoS2 has wide application in the nanoelectromechanical device. In this paper, the large amplitude vibration of circular single-layered MoS2 (CSLMoS2) is investigated under the temperature excitation. The nonlinear circular plate model (NCPM) considering the temperature stress is proposed to study the large amplitude vibration of heated CSLMoS2. The nonlinear dynamic equation of CSLMoS2 with stochastic excitation is established. The stationary probability density of heated CSLMoS2 is obtained from NCPM, which shows the both case ...
