随着微博时代的到来,公民以微博为媒介参与民主政治正成为一种新的趋势。微博新媒介与传统媒介相比,能为公民提供了一个更加开放、便捷的政治参与平台,正改变着公民政治参与的方式,推动公民政治参与有序发展。公民借助微博参与民主政治,一方面具有其内在的规律性,即政治参与主体广泛平等、参与理念公开透明、参与方式直接互动、参与效果快捷即时;另一方面,又存在着一些问题与困扰,如网民结构失衡与民主决策的矛盾、网民权利表达离散与科学决策的矛盾、网民权利表达非理性化与理性决策的矛盾。

With the advent of the era of micro-blog,citizens for micro-blog media to participate in the democratic politics is becoming a new trend.Micro-blog is compared with the traditional media.New media can provide citizens with a more open and convenient platform for the political participation.Micro-blog is changing the way of citizen’s political participation and promote orderly development of citizen’s political participation.Citizens use micro-blog to participate in democratic politics,has its internal regularity.There is no limit of identity ...
