The Expression of GST π mRNA in Thyroid Carcinoma

应用逆转录ＰＣＲ技术，检测甲状腺及癌旁组织ＧＳＴ－π基因表达。结果表明：１０例甲状腺癌有４例ＧＳＴ－π基因表达阳性，而１０例癌旁组织ＧＳＴ－π基因表达阴性。提示：ＧＳＴ－π基因表达与甲状腺细胞恶性转化有关。

The expression of GST π gene in thyroid carcinoma and the tissues adjacent to carcinoma was analyzed by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT PCR) technigue. The result showed that in 4 of 10 cases of thyroid carcinomas the expression of GST π mRNA was positive, but in 10 cases of tissues adjacent to carcinoma was negative.
