【目的】探讨嗜铬细胞瘤的围手术期的治疗安全性。【方法】本文对１１ 例嗜 铬细胞瘤的临床治疗进行总结， 尤其对扩容 方法及术中、术 后血压管理 进行分析。【结果】９ 例 临床预 后良好，１ 例死亡，１ 例 放弃手 术。【结论】在围手术期治疗中，应根据临床分型选用血管活性药， 尤其是β－ 受体与钙通道阻滞剂的使用更为重要； 对症状不明显者 更应高度重视。

Objective To investigate the safety of treatment for pheochromocytoma (PCMCT) during its perioperative period. Methods The clinical treatment of 11 cases with PCMCT was summarized,the method of vasodilatation and blood pressure control during and after operation were especially analyzed. Results nine cases showed good prognosis clinically,1 case died and operation was given up in one case.
