伦理良序与经济富足是美丽乡村建设追求之两维,内在美与外在美的和谐共生、美丽和富饶的完美统一之于美丽乡村建设,这是个重大课题。美丽乡村建设通过坚持生态文明理念,践行生态伦理智慧,可促进乡村的绿色发展;弘扬乡村共同体的公德精神,共筑美德乡村,可凝聚村民公民主体之力;以社会主义核心价值观为指导,促进乡风文明,可弘扬文明之美;推崇共建共享,倡导公平正义,高扬时代精神,可构筑良序以促安居;保护精神家园,展现血缘根脉之美,可守望传统、拯救心灵并维系幸福。

Being ethically well ordered and economic prosperous are both ends of the Beautiful Countryside construction pursuit. How to make the inner beauty harmoniously coexist with external beauty and make the beauty and richness perfectly united is a major issue of the construction of the beautiful countryside.
