Objective: To investigate the bioinformatics of differentially expressed proteins (DEPs) from blood stasis syndrome of coronary heart disease. Methods: PANTHER, DAVID and STRING database was used to analyze a functional enrichment analysis and a protein-protein interaction network from DEPs in blood stasis syndrome of coronary heart disease from papers of CNKI and PUBMED.
