Research on the Impact of School Environment on the Physical Activity of College Students from the Perspective of Health

该文采用问卷调查法、文献资料法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法，对衡阳市及周边城市部分高校的校园环境对在校大学生的身体活动（physical activity,PA）影响情况进行分析。结果显示：学校环境对大学生的中高强度身体活动（moderate-to-vigorous physical activity,MVPA）、在校期间的中高强度身体活动（school moderate-to-vigorous physical activity,S-MVPA）时间均有显著性影响，自身兴趣爱好是重要因素；不同性别的大学生在体育项目的选择上存在差异；在校大学生参与身体活动的频率和时长急需提高。干预策略：激发学生参与身体活动动机，加强终身体育意识的培养；完善校园体育硬件设施，鼓励引...
