The purposes of this study were to establish a unilateral ureteral obstruction renal fibrosis model and determine the pathological changes in renal interstitial. Expression of matrix metalloproteinase-2 and tissue inhibitor of matrix metalloproteinase-2 after tetramethylpyrazine treatments were determined.
