目的:探讨线上线下同伴支持对社区中老年2型糖尿病患者生存质量的影响。方法:从湖南省衡阳市某社区卫生服务中心随机抽取2个子社区，并采取抛硬币方式将其随机分为对照社区和干预社区。于2018年11月—2019年3月从对照社区和干预社区中招募符合纳入标准的中老年2型糖尿病患者各40例，分别设为对照组和干预组。对照组给予6个月社区常规护理，干预组在常规护理的基础上给予6个月的线上线下同伴支持。于干预前、干预3个月、干预6个月测量和比较两组患者的生存质量、BMI、空腹血糖。结果:干预3个月后，干预组患者的心理功能、社会关系、生存质量总分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P
