目的：调查目前衡阳市临床护士关于护士权益维护及职业压力现状,探讨临床护士权益维护与职业压力的关系。方法采用一般资料问卷、护士权益维护问卷、护士职业压力量表,于2015年8—9月对衡阳市10所二级及以上医院的690名护士进行调查。结果护士权益维护得分为(3.47±0.67)分,护士职业压力得分为(3.21±0.95)分,两者得分及各维度得分之间呈负相关( r＝－0.263~－0.425,P
