There are not more studies on whether the improved set pair analysis(SPA) could apply to risk assessment of shallow groundwater pollution. In order to make the most of this method, this paper firstly puts forward the pollution risk analysis model according to the pollution process and constructs a risk assessment system of shallow groundwater pollution even associates it with unascertained measure theory and analytic hierarchy process.
