作者根据劳动的具体形式必然影响其产出的价值转移和价值实现 ,劳动产出的有效期有长有短 ,因而价值的转移和实现的时间也有长有短 ,认为企业对劳动者的收入分配 ,不仅在量上要与其新增价值量相一致 ,并且收入的兑付形式也要与其价值实现时间相一致 ,指出这是国营企业按劳分配与按生产要素分配相结合的切入点
