In this paper, the blasting effect's comprehensive evaluation system of open-pit mine was established by using the theory of Analytic Hierarchy Process. The blasting safety, blasting quality and economic benefit are the first class indexes. Flying distance of stone, explosive unit consumption, block size distribution, holes punching and other eight indicators are the second level class index and the weight of each index was calculated.
