Serum prealbumiu (PA.) and plasma factor Ⅷ related antigen (ⅧR·Ag) in 82 cases of various liver disaeses were studied by immunoelectrophoresis. in patients with liver disaeses serum PA values decrease in correspondence with the severity of the disease, while the level of ⅧR· Ag is usually raised.
