Ni25AA cladding layers with the thickness of 0.5 nun and 0.8 mm were produced on the standard tensile samples in the way of laser remanufactaring. Tensile experiments were carried out on tensile samples processed to study of the influence of laser cladding remanufacturing proaess on the tensile properties of samples. The results show that for 4-10 standard of tensile samples, when thickness of cladding layer is 0.5 mm, the enhancing effect of laser cladding on tensile strength of samples is not obvious ; when cladding thickness is 0.8 mm, stretch of remanufacturing tensile sample is close to t...
