目的：观察脑电双频指数（BIS）监测老年患者靶控输注和手控输注丙泊酚复合瑞芬太尼静脉全身麻醉状态的应用效果。方法将2014年5月至2015年9月行复合静脉全身麻醉下直肠癌根治手术治疗的患者337例，根据随机自愿原则分为靶控输注组（T组）168例和手控输注组（M组）169例，记录两组进入手术室后约30 min即麻醉开始前( T0)、置入喉罩时( T1)、手术开始时( T2)、手术开始后60 min ( T3)、手术停止时( T4)、拔除喉罩时( T5) BIS值，术后第1天和第4天随访两组患者有无术中知晓情况发生。结果 T组在T2，T3，T4的BIS值明显低于M组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）；T组术中出现知晓的发生率低于M组，差异...
