目的 探讨主动脉夹层术后患者生活质量的影响因素.方法 采用随机抽样法抽取我院2015年1月～2018年 1月的186例主动脉夹层术后患者作为研究对象,通过病例回顾收集一般资料,采用SF-8 量表、自我护理能力量表(ESCA)进行调查.结果 主动脉夹层术后患者生活质量总均分为(74.40±15.28)分.单因素方差分析显示,性别、年龄、文化程度、手术方式、术后时间、术后并发症、自我护理能力、住院天数的生活质量总均分比较,差异有统计学意义(P

Objective To investigate the postoperative quality of life (QOF) and its influent factors in patients with aortic dissection. Methods A total of 186 postoperative patients with aortic dissection admitted to hospital from January 2015 to January 2018 in our hospital were selected as subjects.
