摘要:
The necessity and possibility of using data-mining to analysis human factor events were pointed out. 1540 WANO operating event reports from 1993 to 2007 were analyzed using the technology of data-mining. The results showed that human errors are still the major causes of accidents in a nuclear power plant (NPP); the main human errors include the error judgment on the symptoms and manipulation which most probably cause severe transient and the failure of safety system or improper shut-down; organizational factors play an important role in the accidents; lack of theoretical knowledge, poor manipulation, organization management failure, inappropriate procedures, carelessness and lack of check-up are the major root causes of human errors.

Accidents in a nuclear power plant are coped with by operators in the main control room (MCR). An analysis of the workload of operators in a MCR after the happening of initiating events is helpful to the alleviation of human errors and to the promotion of training efficiency. This paper establishes a framework of how man is located in a man-ma- chine interface of a nuclear power plant (NPP) as well as a simulation of the man-machine scenario in accidents in NPPs, including the simulation of the operators' task and cognitive work and the establishment of task analysis. On the basis of the above, a model of the dynamic changes of the operators' tasks is constructed and a computation of operators' workload is conducted.

摘要:
On the basis of the human' cognitive model, the hierarchy framework of causal factors of human errors is built in this paper. Regarding the data of human factor events in certain plant as the example, Grey Relational Analysis (GRA) method in grey system theory is introduced to quantitatively calculate and analyze the relativities of various factors causing human errors in the hierarchy framework, such as between human error and main factors, between human error and various sub-factors and among various sub-factors under the same main factor. The analysis results shows that the key factor of human errors is management control of organization, next the factors of personal quality, and last the environment factor.
