磁性核壳CoFe_2O_4@SiO_2@PIL-AO复合材料的制备及其吸附U(VI)性能研究

摘要:
通过化学合成法制备了磁性核壳CoFe_2O_4@SiO_2@PIL-AO复合材料,采用傅立叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)对其进行了表征,研究了溶液pH、吸附时间、U(VI)初始浓度和温度等参数对U(VI)吸附性能的影响.实验结果表明:在c0 = 0.2 mg·L~(-1)、pH= 6.00±0.05、T = 298.15 K、m= 0.02 g和t = 8 h的条件下,CoFe_2O_4@SiO_2@PIL-AO对U(VI)的吸附作用最强,吸附率达到了97.54%;CoFe_2O_4@SiO_2@PIL-AO吸附U(VI)是一个自发进行的吸热反应,U(VI)吸附动力学符合准二级动力学模型,吸附等温线符合Freundlich模型;CoFe_2O_4@SiO_2@PIL-AO复合材料具有良好的可循环使用性,循环使用5次后它对U(VI)的吸附容量没有明显下降,可重复使用.

摘要:
In this paper, cheap liquorice residue was used to prepare activated carbon (AC), thioacetamide (TAA) was used to modify the AC, and the adsorption experiments were conducted in the simulated acid radioactive wastewater with low uranium concentration to study the adsorption behavior and mechanism for uranium by TAA modified AC (TAA–AC). The removal efficiency by TAA–AC was 92.1–98.2% from the 1 mg L −1 uranium solution at pH 2–6. The adsorption equilibrium data were well fitted by Dubinin–Radushkevich model, and the maximum adsorption capacity was estimated to be 340 mg g −1 . TAA–AC showed an enhanced selectivity for uranium in the presence of competitive ions. Furthermore, the adsorption experiments were conducted in the actual acid radioactive wastewater with low uranium concentration from an in situ leach uranium mine. The high adsorption rate (98.3%) and selectivity (K d = 3.78×10 4 mL g −1 ) for uranium were observed in the actual acid radioactive wastewater, and the adsorption rate was found to maintain 96.2% over six cycles of adsorption–desorption. © 2018, Akadémiai Kiadó, Budapest, Hungary.

摘要:
In this work, the nanoparticles possessing a macro-initiator ([email protected]) were firstly obtained by surface-initiated RAFT polymerization. The structure of the nanocomposite was characterized by FT-IR, SEM, TEM, TGA, XPS and VSM. The effects of pH, contact time, initial uranium concentrations, coexisting ions and temperature on the U(VI) adsorption by [email protected] were investigated in detail. The adsorption process was found to be in good agreement with pseudo-second order kinetic model and Langmuir adsorption isotherm model. The maximum adsorption capacity was estimated to be 216.45 mg/g by fitting Langmuir model with the equilibrium data. The adsorption process was endothermic and spontaneous. In addition, the adsorption capacity of [email protected] for U(VI) decreased slightly after five successive adsorption/desorption cycles. © 2018, Akadémiai Kiadó, Budapest, Hungary.

摘要:
采用土壤盆栽试验,通过在博落回(Macleaya cordata)根际单独接种荧光假单胞菌(Pseudomonas fluorescens)、单独接种绿针假单胞菌橙色亚种(Pseudomonas chlororaphis subsp. aurantiaca)及同时接种这两种菌,研究了这两种植物根际促生菌对博落回抗干旱及富集铀性能的增强作用.结果表明:在干旱胁迫下,单独接种荧光假单胞菌、单独接种绿针假单胞菌橙色亚种及同时接种这两种菌后,博落回的生物量分别增加了35.03%、21.01%和17.33%,相对含水量分别增加了26.90%、19.31%和29.48%,叶绿素总量分别增加了71.11%、48.47%、12.85%,脯氨酸含量分别降低了71.70%、64.91%和61.35%.在干旱和铀同时胁迫下,单独接种荧光假单胞菌、单独接种绿针假单胞菌橙色亚种及同时接种这两种菌后,博落回对铀的总富集量分别提高了109.52%、66.67%和42.86%.可见,两种植物根际促生菌对博落回抗干旱和富集铀性能的增强作用表现为:单独接种荧光假单胞菌>单独接种绿针假单胞菌橙色亚种>同时接种这两种菌.实验结果可为干旱地区铀污染土壤的植物修复提供参考.

In this work, uranium(vi) biomineralization by soluble ortho-phosphate from decomposition of the phosphate rock powder, a cheap and readily available material, was studied in detail. Penicillium funiculosum was effective in solubilizing P from the phosphate rock powder, and the highest concentration of the dissolved phosphate reached 220 mg L-1 (pH = 6). A yellow precipitate was immediately formed when solutions with different concentrations of uranium were treated with PO43--containing fermentation broth, and the precipitate was identified as chernikovite by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscope, and X-ray powder diffraction. Our study showed that the concentrations of uranium in solutions can be decreased to the level lower than maximum contaminant limit for water (50 μg L-1) by the Environmental Protection Agency of China when Penicillium funiculosum was incubated for 22 days in the broth containing 5 g L-1 phosphate rock powder. © 2018 The Royal Society of Chemistry.

Uranium tailings (UT) are formed as a byproduct of uranium mining and are of potential risk to living organisms. In the present study, we sought to identify potential biomarkers associated with chronic exposure to low dose rate ã radiation originating from UT. We exposed C57BL/6J mice to 30, 100, or 250 ìGy/h of gamma radiation originating from UT samples. Nine animals were included in each treatment group. We observed that the liver central vein was significantly enlarged in mice exposed to dose rates of 100 and 250 ìGy/h, when compared with nonirradiated controls. Using proteomic techniques, we identified 18 proteins that were differentially expressed (by a factor of at least 2.5-fold) in exposed animals, when compared with controls. We chose glycine N-methyltransferase (GNMT), glutathione S-transferase A3 (GSTA3), and nucleophosmin (NPM) for further investigations. Our data showed that GNMT (at 100 and 250 ìGy/h) and NPM (at 250 ìGy/h) were up-regulated, and GSTA3 was down-regulated in all of the irradiated groups, indicating that their expression is modulated by chronic gamma radiation exposure. GNMT, GSTA3, and NPM may therefore prove useful as biomarkers of gamma radiation exposure associated with UT. The mechanisms underlying those changes need to be further studied. © 2018 The Author(s).

摘要:
Radiation is a form of energy derived from a source that is propagated through material in space. It consists of ionizing radiation or nonionizing radiation. Ionizing radiation is a feature of the environment and an important tool in medical treatment, but it can cause serious damage to organisms. A number of protective measures and standards of protection have been proposed to protect against radiation. There is also a need for biomarkers to rapidly assess individual doses of radiation, which can not only estimate the dose of radiation but also determine its effects on health. Proteomics, genomics, metabolomics, and lipidomics have been widely used in the search for such biomarkers. These topics are discussed in depth in this review.

为研究低剂量γ射线辐照对水生生物的发育和遗传毒性效应,以模式生物斑马鱼为研究对象,采用生物细胞辐照仪对5 hpf的斑马鱼胚胎进行不同累积剂量(0.01~1.00 Gy)的γ射线辐照处理,分析了胚胎的存活率、孵化率、畸形率和DNA损伤以及发育至150 dpf的F1代斑马鱼成鱼的繁殖能力及肝脏、肾脏和脾脏抗氧化酶的活性.结果表明:0.01 Gy低剂量γ射线辐照对斑马鱼胚胎存活率和孵化率无显著影响,但畸形率和DNA损伤显著提高;当辐照剂量超过0.10 Gy时,存活率和孵化率显著降低.5 hpf的斑马鱼胚胎接受0.01 Gy低剂量的γ射线辐照后,发育至150 dpf的F1代斑马鱼成鱼,产卵量显著降低,且具有剂量依赖性;肝脏的CAT酶的活性显著升高,表明它可能是评价低剂量γ射线辐照毒性效应潜在的生物标记物.

通过添加富集得到的含有丰富的硫酸盐还原菌的沉积物到沉积物-地下水微模型中,并添加乙醇作为碳源,分别与接种硫酸盐还原菌并添加碳源组和仅添加碳源组相比较,研究富集的硫酸盐还原菌沉积物对地下水中U(Ⅵ)还原的作用。结果表明,添加硫酸盐还原菌沉积物组、接种硫酸盐还原菌组和对照组中的铀浓度分别在第19、22和28 d下降至GB 23727—2009规定的0.05 mg·L~(–1)排放标准以下。各组沉积物中具有还原U(Ⅵ)功能的微生物群落的多样性差异较小。添加硫酸盐还原菌沉积物组、接种硫酸盐还原菌组和对照组的沉积物中具有还原U(Ⅵ)功能的微生物群落的丰度分别为35.3%、32.5%和13.1%。由此可见,富集的硫酸盐还原菌沉积物增加了微模型中具有还原U(Ⅵ)功能的微生物群落的丰度,从而促进了U(Ⅵ)的还原。

摘要:
In this study, a novel magnetic core–dual shell Fe3O4@PDA@TiO2 adsorbents was successively prepared by polydopamine (PDA) coated and TiO2 film deposited on the surface of Fe3O4. The structure and properties were characterized by FT-IR, SEM–EDS TEM, VSM and XPS. The adsorption of U(VI) on Fe3O4@PDA@TiO2 was investigated as a function of contact time, solution pH, initial U(VI) concentration and other interfering ions. In addition, the U(VI) adsorption from practical wastewater and simulated seawater was also investigated. The results implied that the Fe3O4@PDA@TiO2 adsorbents exhibited promising adsorption performance for uranium (VI) from aqueous solution and simulated seawater.

Sporosarcina Pasteurii was chosen for the experiment to study the effect and mechanism of fine-grained uranium tailings reinforced by MICP. The biochemical characteristics of strains and microbial immobilization in uranium tailings were analyzed. The results showed that the CaCO 3 production rate is positively correlated with the physiological activity of Sporosarcina Pasteurii and the concentration of calcium sources, and the higher the solution concentration of CaCl 2 , the lower the discharge rate of bacterial liquid from the sand column, but high concentration of CaCl 2 solution will affect the uniform distribution and migration of bacteria in the uranium tailings. After 16 days, the direct shear was used to test the reinforcement effects of fine-grained uranium tailings by MICP. The cohesive force and the internal friction angle of fine-grained uranium tailings were increased by 140.1% and 46.7%. The production amount of CaCO 3 is 138.89 kg/m 3 . The results showed that the MICP-reinforced technology can effectively improve the shear strength of the uranium tailings, and the experiment provides a new method for the reinforcement of the fine-grained uranium tailings dam. The impregnated water at a uranium tailings repository has characteristics that its uranium concentration is low and it contains many other interfering ions. In order to develop an efficient adsorbent for such wastewater, Mg-Al layered double hydroxide (Mg-Al-NO3-LDH) and tripolyphosphate intercalated LDH (TPP-LDH-1 and TPP-LDH-2) were synthesized by an anion exchange method and characterized by using multiple analysis techniques, and their behavior and mechanism for U(VI) removal from aqueous solutions were investigated. It is found that their adsorption capacities for U(VI) follow the order Mg-Al-NO3-LDH < TPP-LDH-1 < TPP-LDH-2. The maximum sorption capacities of Mg-Al-NO3-LDH, TPP-LDH-1, and TPP-LDH-2 for U(VI) at pH 5.0 and 298.15 K derived from the Langmuir model are 201.27, 399.01, and 501.76 mg/g, respectively. In addition, tripolyphosphate intercalated LDH show a higher sorption selectivity toward U(VI) over other metal cations and anions. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and Fourier transform-infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) characterizations suggest that the higher adsorption capacity and sorption selectivity of TPP-LDH-2 are probably due to the inner-sphere surface complexes resulting from the phosphate groups (P=O, -PO3) with U(VI). The applicability of TPP-LDH-2 for scavenging of U(VI) from the impregnated water at a uranium tailings repository in South China was further evaluated. It is found that TPP-LDH-2 shows excellent removal efficiency for U(VI). The results indicate that tripolyphosphate intercalated LDH is a promising adsorbent for scavenging of U(VI) from the impregnated water at the uranium tailings repository. Redox oscillation is commonly found in near-surface environment, where soils are often polluted with many redox active contaminants, including uranium (U). In order to investigate the transformation of U species in near-surface soil under redox oscillations conditions, redox oscillations and reduction experiments were performed, biogeochemical parameters and native microbial community composition were monitored, main elements on the surface of solid-phase were analyzed by XPS, and labile U(IV) species and stable U(IV) species in solid-phase were provisionally defined using an anoxic 1 M sodium bicarbonate extraction. It was found that redox oscillations slightly increased the water-soluble U but significantly increased the stable U(IV) species (P < 0.05) in soil. In reduction experiment, there was upper limit value for percentage of stable U(IV) species, and the labile U(IV) species could not transform to stable U(IV) species in a short period of time under reduction conditions. The redox transition of Fe enriched on the surface of soil and the conversion of microbial community composition played a major role in speciation transformation of U under redox oscillations conditions. In addition, sequential extraction revealed that the increase of stable U(IV) species content reflected the U speciation transition from acetate extract to more recalcitrant hydroxylamine extract. The finding provides a potential method for improving the stability of U when bio-reduction is used to remediate the U-contaminated soils. © 2018 Elsevier Ltd

As a novel cyber-physical-social network paradigm, the Internet of Things (IoT) provides a powerful tool to monitor the hazardous fields of interest. Due to the uneven random deployment, sensor energy depletion, and external attacks, the emergence of coverage holes would remarkably degrade the network performance and quality of service. For overcoming the drawbacks resulting from the coverage holes, this paper focuses on how to locally detect coverage holes by exploiting one-hop neighboring sensors' cooperation based on the novel confident information coverage model (CIC), which is formulated as the localized confident information coverage hole detection (LCICHD) problem. For handling the CICHD problem, we devise a family of heuristic CIC holes detection schemes including the LCHD, LCHDRL, random and randomRL. Both the LCHD and LCHDRL schemes locally determine coverage status of each subregion and take the sensor communication ability into consideration. While the LCHDRL considers not only the sensor remaining energy but also the residual lifetime during the CIC hole detection. After acquiring the coverage status of each partitioned local subregion, the coverage hole boundary will be extracted by image processing techniques. For comparison, both the Random and RandomRL schemes arbitrarily select sensors within the sensing field to detect CIC holes, and the RandomRL scheme takes the sensors' residual lifetime into consideration during the hole detection process. Experimental simulations show that the proposed schemes can efficiently detect the emerged coverage holes including the locations and the number, and the LCHDRL algorithm is more practical and efficient compared with the other three peer solutions. © 2013 IEEE.

通过分离有藻满江红中的鱼腥藻,获得无藻满江红和鱼腥藻.采用水培试验的方法分别研究了无藻满江红、有藻满江红和鱼腥藻对水中铀的去除行为,并采用红外光谱技术分析了它们富集铀前后化学基团的变化.结果表明,对于初始浓度分别为2.5和5.0 mg·L-1的铀溶液,在有藻满江红的作用下,分别经过27和36 d生物富集后浓度能降低至GB 23727-2009规定的0.05 mg·L-1排放标准以下,而在无藻满江红和鱼腥藻的作用下,铀浓度无法达到排放标准.相对于无藻满江红,鱼腥藻提高了有藻满江红对水中铀的富集量、富集系数及对铀的抗胁迫能力,从而提高了有藻满江红对水中铀的去除效率.红外分析表明,在富集铀后,与无藻满江红相比,有藻满江红体内出现了芳环和醇类或苷类化合物,而这些新的物质是鱼腥藻在富集铀的过程中产生的,其可能促进了有藻满江红对铀的富集.

In order to develop and apply mixed iron- and sulfur-oxidizers in uranium bioleaching, the characteristics of a mixed iron- and sulfur-oxidizing consortium (Consortium ISO) were comparatively investigated versus an iron-oxidizing consortium (Consortium IO). The results showed, the Consortium ISO exerted stronger oxidative ability and acid-producing ability than Consortium IO did. The synergy of sulfur-oxidizers and iron-oxidizers could change the structure and properties of the passivation substance, and work positively for eliminating the accumulation of passivation substance. In the bioleaching process, the uranium bioleaching experiments showed the recovery percentage of uranium reached 99.5% with Consortium ISO, 6.3% more than that of Consortium IO.

为了研究陆生植物博落回 (Macleaya Cordata)对不同化学形态铀的富集特征,采用Visual MINTEQ地球化学平衡软件设计了五种含不同化学形态铀〔UO_2~(2 +)、CaUO_2 (CO_3 )_3~(2 -)、UO_2Cit~-、 (UO_2 )_2 (EDTA)_2~(4 -)和UO_2HPO_4〕的培养液,开展水培试验.博落回在这五种培养液中分别培养1、5、10、15、20和25 d后,测定其株高、根长和干质量,并用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪 (ICP-MS)测定其地上部分和根部的w(铀).结果表明:在不同化学形态铀胁迫下,博落回株高无显著差异,UO_2HPO_4可促进博落回根的生长,而 (UO_2)_2 (EDTA)_2~(4 -)降低了博落回的干质量.并且,博落回根部对不同化学形态铀的富集能力大小顺序为UO_2~(2 +) > UO_2HPO_4 > CaUO_2 (CO_3 )_3~(2 -) > UO_2Cit~- > (UO_2)_2 (EDTA)_2~(4 -),博落回地上部分对不同化学形态铀的富集能力大小顺序为UO_2Cit~- > (UO_2)_2 (EDTA)_2~(4 -) > UO_2~(2 +) > CaUO_2 (CO_3 )_3~(2 -) > UO_2HPO_4.此外,博落回根部对UO_2~(2 +)的富集能力很高,但地上部分很低.添加柠檬酸,培养液中铀的主要化学形态为UO_2Cit~-,并且在100 mg/L铀的胁迫下,博落回对UO_2Cit~-的生物富集系数和转移系数分别达到0. 09和8. 53.因此,要提高博落回对铀污染土壤中铀的富集和转移,可添加柠檬酸,促使土壤中铀的形态以UO_2Cit~-为主,同时要降低土壤中碳酸盐和磷酸盐的含量.

摘要:
废石胶结充填是实现矿山深部高效无废开采的最佳途径。为此,采用废石、水泥、黄土等集料配制7组不同配比的胶结充填体;利用RMT-150B岩石力学试验机测试其不同龄期的抗压强度;根据测试结果,建立了废石胶结充填体与围岩匹配的损伤理论模型及其能量耗散方程,将其应用于宝山矿西部2#矿体的工业性试验采场,分析其匹配特性。研究结果表明:废石胶结充填体的损伤系数与其应变呈指数增长;废石胶结充填体的峰值应力损伤值及其应力比能随黄土含量的增加而增大,随水泥含量的增加而减少;废石胶结充填体与砂页岩的匹配系数随矿体埋深增加而增大,随围岩弹性模量增大而减小;采用D组配比的废石胶结充填体充填宝山矿工业性试验采场,在龄期为3 d时,其与砂页岩的匹配系数大于1,与砂页岩是匹配的,是该矿目前最合适的配比。

为了掌握通风作用下铀矿山采场爆破铀矿石堆氡析出规律,以留矿法采场为对象,自制模拟采场颗粒堆积型射气介质氡析出的试验装置,选用我国南方铀矿山粒径小于6 mm的破碎铀矿石为样品,试验研究矿石堆高为20 cm和40 cm条件下,采场排风氡浓度和矿堆氡析出份额与通风方式与通风风量的关系。结果表明: 采场排风氡浓度随着通风风量的增加而降低,矿堆氡析出份额随通风风量的增大而增大; 同种通风方式和通风风量下,采用下行风的采场排风氡浓度和氡析出份额小于上行风; 通风风量和风流方向相同时,中央通风采场排风氡浓度和矿堆氡析出份额均低于端部通风; 相同风量下,中央通风采场作业空间单位长度的氡浓度增量大于端部通风。

A novel amidoxime-based adsorbent of titanium-molybdopyrophosphate-g-amidoxime (TMP-g-AO) was prepared by chemical coprecipitation and subsequent chemical modifications. The successful grafting of acrylonitrile group and the subsequent conversion of acrylonitrile group to amidoxime groups were characterized by scanning electron microscopy-energy dispersive spectroscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, N2-BET, and thermal analysis. The adsorption behavior of uranium(VI) on TMP-g-AO was investigated for low concentration uranium solution by batch experiments at a fixed pH of 8.2 ± 0.1. It is found that the adsorption rate of uranium from solution was 99.77% when the uranium concentration was 42.3 μg/L, pH = 8.2 ± 0.1, temperature = 298.15 K, and the adsorbent dosage = 0.05 g. The kinetic data follow the pseudo-second-order model, and adsorption equilibrium data fit the Langmuir model well. The thermodynamics parameters (ΔS, ΔH, and ΔG) indicate that the adsorption process is spontaneous and endothermic. The functional TMP-g-AO adsorbent exhibits good selectivity and affinity for uranium ions under coexisting multimetal ions except for Fe3+ and Co2+. Desorption was performed, and the adsorption rate of uranium by TMP-g-AO only decreased 1.42% after five consecutive adsorption-desorption cycles. In order to evaluate the potential application of TMP-g-AO for uranium extraction from seawater, the experiments on adsorption of uranium(VI) from natural seawater and the uranium-doped seawater were conducted, and the adsorbent exhibited a high adsorption rate of uranium(VI). The results show that TMP-g-AO could be a very promising adsorbent for uranium extraction from seawater. © 2017 American Chemical Society.
